Riad JAIA

Mouad and Ayoub make Riad Jaia an absolute delightful experience, their care and attention is exceptional from the moment you book your stay. The communication is fantastic and secure, they strive to make your experience the very best. The riad itself is an oasis and just a few minutes away from the bustling Jemaa el Fna Square- don't be stressed by the walk you will master it by your second attempt (I have no sense of direction and I was able to navigate my way back by the first day). The rooms are clean and you provided with daily room service and the breakfast is wonderful. The bed was an extra bonus I have never slept so well! The area is very safe and again Mouad and Ayoub are there for you 24/7 - they even arranged transport for us within minutes when we needed it and even helped us with some really random questions! We cannot thank them enough for making our stay so special!

Nos gusto la amabilidad y atención del personal. La ubicación excelente. Rico desayuno.

Las habitaciones algo pequeñas , muy justas. Para un par de días pueden valer pero una estancia más larga puede resultar algo incómoda . Por la pequeña ventana, entraña algo de luz por las mañanas.

Es tal cual en las fotos, el personal súper amable, el desayuno, excesivo, mucha mucha caridad y muy bueno. El primer día cuando llegamos, la ubicación nos pareció un poco preocupante, porque está escondido entre callejones, el chico del Riad vino a buscarnos donde nos dejó el taxi, y nos dijo que era seguro, y realmente lo es, una vez haces el camino con él después es fácil entrar y salir.

No pongo ningún pero, desde antes de llegar, la atención fue de 10.

Riad completamente ristrutturato. Tutto lo staff disponibile e gentile, dall’accoglienza alla ripartenza. Colazione non a buffet ma abbondante e varia. Posizione centrale nella Medina ma un po’ difficile da trovare, però se si chiede allo staff forniscono le indicazioni per arrivare e risulta molto semplice.
