Great Location.. And close to Amenities
The Hoise was (Very Cold) Part dirty upon arrival dirty laundry bags left in the Living area . Left over food in the Cupboards . On suite shower eas dirty with grime and gunk . The heating did not work and took over 24 hours to get ot looked at . The Gas Boiler Guy managed ro get thr Heatimg working downstairs but no heating worked upstairs. So myself amd Colleagues left the property early and sourced other accommodation that was Warm and comfortable. ( SYKES COTTAGES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING) This company is a 3rd Party agency that advertises on Booking.com ive asked for a full or part refund and even Booking.com have been difficult ro deal with . I have been completely ignored by Sykes Cottages. I will not book accommodation if this company is advertising for landlords in future. Very disappointed regarding my stay and experience and I use Booking.com alot
