UrbanFlat 75 - Grand Apartment near Jardin du Luxembourg

La struttura era abbastanza per nove di noi, ottima posizione e molto facile da raggiungere.

Non era tenuta molto bene, un po’ trasandata e il che è un peccato dal momento che l’appartamento non è assolutamente brutto. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo persino trovato briciole degli ospiti precedenti. L’aria condizionata non funziona e nonostante sia stata chiamata l’assistenza per questo e la doccia è stato mandato qualcuno solo per la doccia. Tuttavia il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

The Location is great just near the Luxembourg Garden. The bus stop is in front. The metro station is a 5-minute-away. Cafes, shops, boulangeries - there is everything one needs in the area. Less than an hour to the Louvre on foot. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Paris in fact. A great bonus is a lift which is rare for an old traditional building. The living room is big with two windows and two bathrooms are essential for a 3-bedroom apartment. Windows are nice in each room except one bedroom. The building and the yard are very nice, too.

The apartment is quite worn out. I would advise the hosts to come and check it regularly to keep it in better condition. First of all, buy new mattresses and new linen as mattresses have dints and really hard to sleep on. Two bedrooms are fine but one bedroom isn't great at all, as what you think to be a wardrobe is in fact a closet for the boiler - it gives noises every time someone uses a bathroom which isn't comfortable either. They turned this room into a bedroom to accommodate more people but these people will not enjoy the stay so there is no point. The flat planning is to blame actually( I would also advise to improve cleaning.

This apartment was lovely and spacious with good decor and beautiful features. The check in instructions were clear and there was a lift to help with luggage. The location was great with a lovely park and plenty of shops and boulangeries on the doorstep.

Some tea and coffee in the kitchen would have been nice.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος καταπληκτική. Απέναντι ακριβώς από τους όμορφους κήπους του Λουξεμβούργου.

Τα στρώματα ήταν μέσα στις λακούβες με αποτελέσματα όταν κοιμόμασταν δύο άτομα να καταλήγουμε στην μέση. Ο κλιματισμός δεν δούλευε καθόλου. Επικοινωνήσαμε με τον υπεύθυνο μας είπε πως θα μας στείλει οδηγίες αλλά δεν το έκανε ποτέ.
