They had a youtube video that if you follow the instructions its really easy. The host was super helpful and even recommended very good restaurants.

The apartment is modern, new, and very clean, and the location is excellent—close to the city center and convenient for exploring Milan.

On the downside, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable (memory foam) and the apartment felt quite minimalistic, with limited basic supplies such as toilet paper. Communication prior to arrival was detailed but felt somewhat strict. Although the booking was made for one guest, there was strong emphasis on guest number verification and penalties also monitoring for additional people, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the tourist tax and the requirement to upload a selfie with a passport next to your face were not clearly indicated at the time of booking. It is also worth noting that the building entrance gate remained open overnight during my stay, which may be something future guests would want to be aware of. Overall, a good stay thanks to the cleanliness and location, but comfort and communication could be improved.

Our stay was simply perfect! The property is beautifully maintained, spotless, and very welcoming. The hospitality was exceptional we felt truly cared for from start to finish. The location is ideal for exploring the city while still offering peace and relaxation. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better!
