Хорошее расположение если вы на машине, рядом большая бесплатная парковка. Зеленый район, рядом приятный парк и несколько детских площадок.

Нам было холодно на первом этаже, это не проблема для взрослого человека. Но с ребенком может быть большой проблемой.

Apartment is really unique, it was previously a bar, you have the bar downstairs, upstairs gallery is made to sleeping /living area, so in total apartment is huge. One toilet is made into the shower. Hosts are great, helpful and full of understanding apartment is warm. No dedicated parking but it is not an issue in this part of town, huge parking space just a building across if no parking infront. We traveled as a pair for a concert held in Zetra hall and it is a walking distance from apartment, with all "downsides" this is probably best value for the money i ever booked on this or similar platforms.

I must say, since it was a bar, there is a smell of nicotine. It was warm outside, so we could keep windows opened.

Great location close to the city center, everything within walking distance, and free parking nearby.
