Uredno, čisto, divno uređen apartman. Lokacija odlična, na pet minuta od svega što nam je bilo potrebno. Posebno hvala gospodinu Erolu koji je bio strpljiv s nama, jer smo zbog gužve na putu malo kasnile u apartman.

Since it was new and it seems like there were some systems and procedures not in place yet to make a stay seamless. The key was handed to us downstairs, so no tour was given. It didn't seem like that big of a deal except that the whole apartment setup was unusual and an explanation would have been helpful. Especially the part where you are given a key for what appears to be your own apartment, but really it's just a bedroom room inside a bigger apartment. There's a camera inside the part that seems like it is part of your apartment and that seemed like a huge invasion of privacy especially given the current setup where there was no key given for the bedroom that goes with the unit. It would be different if it was explained from the beginning that the entrance and hallway are part of a common space and the bedroom is what you are renting. The Internet wasn't working and we were helped by the person on Whatsapp, but I spent probably an hour trouble shooting, taking photos of the modem, waiting to hear back etc. and it isn't the apartment fault to have a isp outage, but the name on the WiFi label in the room didn't match any of the choices to connect to, so it started off as a puzzle. We were given a partial refund for the isp service outage, and I appreciated that. Shower was great, but you had to know to turn on the power in advance of using it. I generally prefer self check-in. It's so much easier for keeping the schedule that works for me, but in this apartment, I felt like someone needed to come in, explain how it worked, what was going on with the hallway situation including the camera, keys and who has access to your room, make sure we could get online, turn on the hot water, show where the towels were (had to hunt for them for 10 minutes). So it was like the worst of both worlds. You had to wait for the owner to get the keys, but then you didn't get the benefits of the orientation. And then checkout was at 10am.
