Comfortable dining table and bed. Couches were nice and had character. The kitchen was small but had what we needed. Pretty good TV for using the HDMI. Heating worked very well. It was mostly quiet there, and the neighborhood felt safe. Near public transportation, and a reasonable walk to tourist sites. Friendly and efficient communication with the host.
There was no way to make coffee, even on the stove, though they provided instant coffee and tea instead. The air fresheners were too much, but we were able to turn off the battery powered ones.

I loved everything. The location. The price. The size of the apartment. The landlords! Exceptional and accomodating. House of Oz gives you the opportunity to be in the heart of Sarajevo BUT in a quite neighboorhood where you feel safe and sound and somehow like you belong there. I would say that has to do with the wonderful hosts.
One thing I would consider upgrading- it doesn’t have to happen and this more of personal preference is warmer overhead lights! But again that’s just a personal preference, no biggie if it doesn’t change.

We were three people staying in the apartment for two nights. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. It was very clean, modern, and spacious. The host was always available and easy to reach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. If I come back to Sarajevo, I would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you!

The location is excellent. Quiet yet very close to city centre and public transportation. The apartment is very clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The airfresheners were overpowering.perhaos a more natural solution can be found.
