    The owner and staff were all very kind and welcoming, which made my stay very pleasant. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops, the subway, and the airport bus stop. There were also plenty of great restaurants and hospitals nearby, making everything very convenient and perfect.

    I was told housekeeping would only be provided upon request. However, on the third day of my stay, I returned to find the bathroom door and window open and my slippers moved, even though I hadn’t requested any service. Since the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, I was concerned someone had entered. After contacting the front desk and reviewing the CCTV, it was confirmed that the hotel owner had entered my room without permission. This was not for any legitimate purpose and was done without prior notice or consent. The owner never came forward to explain. There are already reviews mentioning theft at this property, which made the situation even more concerning. Fortunately, nothing was taken, but the experience was very stressful. Since I was checking out the next day, I only filed a complaint and left. Please be cautious.

    I'm here for the concert at KSPO Domwe and the hotel isn't far from there that's the reason I chose this hotel. Around the hotel has many local and chain restaurants. So convenient. The restroom was nice but if you come with a friend, there's only the opaque stickers which you may see your friends during their shower time 😅
