Very spacious and clean 4 bedroom appartment. Great host; very responsive. Stayed with a group of 8 ppl an all enjoyed the stay very much. Definitely will use it again next time in Nizwa. Easy parking nearby.

Didn't meet the host at all but he gave a very detailed instruction on how to get inside the apartment. We followed all the steps with no issues. The unit is big, there are 4 bedrooms inside but since we were 3 adults, we were only given keys to 2 bedrooms. Very very very spacious, there are 2 bathrooms inside and huge living room. Payment is cash only which needs to be dropped inside the cash box in front of the main door.
The location was a bit confusing to follow for first timer, but we made it.
