ak nepoznáte a nedostanete informáciu o vstupe pri hlavnej bráne, tak máte menšie problémy. Preto radšej dám vedieť: vstup z ulice do dvora je cez velku branu, ktorá funguje na základe telefonického zavolania. aktivuje sa otváranie. v našich krajoch platí : potlač bránu kým bzučí ! no ale tu to neplatilo. tlačiť sa má, až keď bzučať brána prestane ! my sme na to museli dôjsť sami potom, ako sme na ulici stali v noci o pol 11ej s dvoma deťmi. online whatsapp pomoc nebola až tak nápomocná... nebudem sa k nej vyjadrovať. horná suseda má ťažké kroky.... až luster sa pohne. nie je to nepríjemné, len viete, nie ste v budove sami :) na toalete treba trafiť do vody - so všetkým vrátane papiera. ak papier padne na vnutornu plochu keramiky, voda nespláchne. určite by sa ocenili 1-2 kapsule na pranie. nie je to záležitosť, ktorú človek berie so sebou v lietadle.... ale zišlo by sa pri nutnom praní.

The location is ideal, close to the tube station and local amenities, and just 13 minutes by tube from the Duomo. The property is spacious, clean, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This is my second time staying at this apartment. It’s a lovely little place that is clean and has all the amenities that you might need. It’s also super close to the Porta Romana metro station along with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. The team were very proactive with information and super quick to answer any queries. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The woman that lives upstairs can be noisy.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and public transport options nearby. The neighborhood is lively and a great area to stay in while visiting Milan. Communication with the agency was efficient. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, although it could benefit from a few updates and minor maintenance work.

The biggest issue was the sound insulation. Noise from the upstairs apartment was very noticeable, I could hear conversations, phone calls, the TV. At times, it felt as if we were living in the same apartment. Since the neighbor tended to go to bed late and wake up early, the noise often made it difficult to fall asleep or sleep well. Another downside was the air conditioning. It was not very powerful, so it took a long time to cool down the apartment, especially during warmer days.
