Great sized apartment and the perfect location close to the centre! Definitely recommend for the price, we will be back. Note that the restaurants downstairs are also brilliant and offered a 10% discount for us as we were staying!

Aircon would have been a bonus but with the price, we couldn’t fault the accommodation.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to spend a night in a designer sauna disguised as a Milan apartment, this is your chance. We were welcomed by the host with the unforgettable phrase: “The air conditioner doesn’t work.” An inspiring start when it’s 35°C outside and the apartment is located on the top floor under the roof. The upper room, which appears to be a converted attic, retained heat with remarkable efficiency. The air conditioner itself seems to be a vintage Mitsubishi model from another era. Judging by the dust accumulated on the vents, it may qualify as a historical artifact. Cooling performance was largely theoretical. The kitchen offers a unique “open-aroma concept” because there is no extractor hood, ensuring that every cooking smell becomes a permanent part of the apartment’s atmosphere. There is no kettle either, although two broken ones are thoughtfully displayed on a shelf in the bedroom for decorative purposes. A microwave is also absent. To add a touch of adventure, two chairs were broken, turning every meal into a small test of confidence. The apartment could have been a pleasant stay, but the combination of a non-functioning air conditioner during a heatwave, missing kitchen basics, and damaged furniture made it difficult to enjoy anything beyond the location.
