Emplacement , originalité de la maison, le petit jardin en hauteur

Zeer ruime atypische grotwoning met 3 verdiepingen op 2,5 km van centrum van Saumur. Zeer mooie living op eerste verdieping. Twee ruime slaapkamers op tweede verdieping. Prachtig terras met zicht op de Loire. Veel trappen, niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. Zeer fijne en rustige locatie.
Donkere keuken en veel trappen doch de ligging compenseert dit ruimschoots.

Il faisait chaud dans les chambres même avec ventilateur, faute à la canicule !!!
