Ottimi i collegamenti per il centro grazie soprattutto alla stazione Villapizzone zona tranquilla. Pra quem dorme na sala e tem sono leve, o barulho das pessoas passando no corredor e também o barulho do metrô em frente incomoda um pouco e também a questão da água quente, pra quatro pessoas não é suficiente, se um pessoa demorar no banho a água quente falta

For that, you get a furnished apartment, although it is already somewhat worn and used. Another advantage is the location. Although it may not seem so at first glance, there are two direct tram lines to the city centre, about a 35-minute ride, free street parking, though minor scratches should be expected, and two train stations nearby, along with a pharmacy and grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. The air conditioning works.

The entire accommodation is quite worn. The windows facing the inner courtyard are nice in that they keep the sun out, but they also limit ventilation. The whole apartment is very humid, and since we rented it for six weeks, we had to put in effort to clean, especially the bathroom. At the same time, the apartment is rather small. It is fine for two people, but for two adults and a small child, it is not sufficient for a longer stay. The equipment is otherwise okay, with a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle all available. Unfortunately, due to the size of the apartment, everything is in the living room and kitchen area, so whenever something is being used, you are constantly in a noisy environment. The induction cooktop also has its limits. It can only handle one burner at full power, which makes cooking complicated. In addition, the cooking equipment is almost unusable, so we had to buy our own pot. The apartment included a vacuum cleaner that was completely clogged, but after thorough cleaning, it worked well. The mop, however, was ready to be thrown away. Finally, two minor points. When it rains heavily, the electricity goes out and has to be turned back on manually. When asked, a video with instructions is provided, which is helpful. Also, even though we reported our arrival time, the apartment was not cleaned when we arrived, and in fact, it was not properly cleaned afterwards either, so we had to clean it ourselves.
