Clementina Apartments

Previously a complete villa rental, now two separate apartments, upper and lower floor. We occupied the lower two bedroom apartment which provided us with comfortable accommodation. Our hosts were located next door in their own villa and were very attentive to any of our needs. View from the patio is excellent and the paved and grassed area was large enough for our sun lounging and sitting out. Location was convenient for us, we had a car rental so getting about wasn’t a problem.

We were very satisfied with our experience and offer the following as constructive feedback to help the helpful hosts and future guests. Initial observations probably from running the property as two separate rentals and them being relatively new rentals. It isn’t clear from the booking.com detail that the pool is only available to the upper floor apartment. The pictures 3 to 28 show the upper floor apartment and from pictures 29 to 49 the lower floor apartment so that may influence which apartment a renter considers. We enjoy cooking the occasional meal in the apartment but the kitchen had limited equipment that might have challenged what we could produce (kitchen dining table with only 2 chairs - 4 person apartment), maybe 2 folding stools/ chairs because of the space. Similarly, only 3 sun beds. The toaster was faulty (and quickly exchanged for a working one) but initially on trying to use the oven grill as an alternative the electric cooker must have a fault and was tripping out the consumer unit (obviously not a quick fix for the host) but needs checking out from a guest convenience perspective. These are all minor issues or suggestions and easily addressed that will add to the excellent accommodation experience at Clementina.
