Welcome to this stylish and modern villa located in the sought after Chiminea urbanization in Nerja with great views of the sea and the mountains, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Burriana Beach and the charming town centre of Nerja!
About the property:
This bright and tastefully decorated house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, everyone has their own private space – perfect for family and friends!
The house is equipped with a Sonos sound system.
There are several TVs in the house.
There are board games to use.
There is a washing machine in the lower floor.
There is also a studio in the lower floor with separate entrance:
containing a sleeping area for two people in a double bed, a shower and toilet and a simple kitchen/kitchenette.
I the garden you have a good size pool with great views of the mountains and the sea, there is a nice outdoor kitchen, sofa and dining space.
There is also a ping pong table in the garden that guests are welcome to use.
And you find some beach toys and beach equipment to borrow, which are stored in the storage room next to the garage, as well as umbrellas in the house.
