The Manager was excellent and attentive up until the very last day! However the cleaner was very amicable and said her boss would not let us stay or leave our luggage. The manager was very short with me on the phone when I asked if we could leave our luggage as our flight wasn't until the evening. I had asked her if we could pay to use the facilities and to leave our luggage but this was not possible so BE AWARE of this but if that is not a problem for you, then do not hesitate to book this place, as everything else was excellent. There was no one by the pool or even in the kitchen so couldn't understand why we couldn't stay and pay. It's unheard of in any other country not to be able to leave our luggage at a property like this one, as it's not a private villa. They also didn't have a late check out available as they were having someone in afterwards from 3pm. We had to vacate the property by 12...check out at 11am. The facilities were as pictured and very good, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was always cleab The room was very small with the tinest sink in the bathroom ever but we had an ensuite and an outside balcony which has the sun out till at least 3pm. The chair outside was broken and the hand towel rail in the bathroom also fell off, as it was only precariously sitting on a hinge so we kept on having to put it back on.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was small, but functional. Great view from our deck on the 3rd floor. Staff/manager was very friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed that coffee was not available for breakfast.

Stay was clean and hygienic. It's having a lot of amenities and facilities but we didn't have the time to use them.
We did not get hot water for bathing and the toilets & bathroom was shared with other guests. The listing didn't make it so clear to us that is the case.
Parking was street only. They don't have it onsite. A bit far off from Lisbon

Super cute place easy to get to. Our room was spotless beds were comfy bathrooms were clean.
