Amazing!

This place is amazing. The igloo, jacuzzi, sauna, Forrest and restaurant were fantastic, we didn’t want to leave. The staff were very helpful and the 3 resident reindeers were so cute! We loved our stay here and would 100% book again.

The only thing I would change is to make the shuttle in the morning later. We wanted to stay in the igloo for longer and have a later breakfast and later check out so we booked a taxi but it would have been better if the shuttle was later

Truly an amazing experience.

It was amazing! Food was exceptional and the property is just gorgeous. It has a reindeer pin where you can meet greet reindeers. You can also use the snowshoe included in each igloo to watch around the winter forest behind the igloos. Not mentioning that each igloo has jacuzzi and sauna, which is so convenient. Staff were all very friendly.

It was definitely a luxury experience, as it’s not cheap. Understood we paid for the holiday price, but we don’t regret it.

Our stay at the accommodation was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing, and the sauna was a great addition that made our stay even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will certainly come back!

Absolutamente tudo , café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos, água com e sem gás , chás e frutas disponíveis todo o dia , jacuzzi e sauna privado em um quarto excepcional, atendimento gentil e atencioso do pessoa , nota 10, merece ser 5 estrelas !

Wir hatten eine rundum tollen zweitägigen Aufenthalt in Rovaniemi. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal mehr als aufmerksa

- Lage - Interieur - Sauberkeit - Sehr aufmerksames und äußerst freundliches Personal

- Leider bieten die Igloos nur wenig Verstauraum, sodass es mit 2 großen Koffer schnell unordentlich wirkt bzw. man keine Möglichkeit hat, diese auszuräumen - bei 2 Tagen aber überhaupt kein Problem!

Descanso y relax en plena naturaleza.

El lugar es una maravilla, en pleno bosque. Nos alojamos en invierno y parece una postal. Está alejado de Rovaniemi pero merece totalmente la pena. Alquilamos un coche y disfrutábamos mucho de los trayectos también por el paisaje. Los igloos son muy cómodos y están equipados con todo lo necesario además de estar muy bien pensados. La sauna y el jacuzzi, una pasada, poder bañarse mirando al bosque a -30 grados es toda una experiencia. Se echa de menos que el colchón sea doble y no dos juntos, pero bueno, hay que decir que las camas son comodisimas en cualquier caso. El personal es muy atento en todo momento, todos los pequeños contratiempos nos los iban solucionando sobre la marcha. El desayuno rico y variado. Las cenas, aunque solo disponen de dos platos principales a elegir, son de una calidad excepcional. Estaba todo riquísimo. Como única pega, que sería un detalle que al menos una copa de vino, estuviera incluida también. El resort dispone de oferta de actividades de pago (excursiones) y también gratuitas (hay trineos para deslizarse por las cuestas, se pueden ver algunos renos…). La verdad es que es un lugar fabuloso para desconectar y descansar.

El precio de toda la zona en temporada alta… demencial.

Çok güzel düşünülerek dizayn edilmiş yeni bir tesis. Rovaniemi için orman, doğa, kar ve kuzey ışıkları için mükemmel bir konumda. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardım sever, özellikle Ruki’ye teşekkür ederiz. Restorant ve yemekler gayet güzeldi.

Mimarisi çok şık bir otel. Akşam yemeklerinde ana yemek çok başarılı. Jakuzi ve sauna sorunsuz çalışıyor, odaların ısıtması güzel, odaların tasarımı çok güzel, konumu merkezi, kahveleri lezzetli. En önemlisi personel her konuda - her talepte çok yardımcı, güler yüzlü. Biz çok memnun kaldık daha iyi olabilirdi dediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı.

Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve seçenekliydi. Odaların manzarası ve sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Her odanın kendine ait saunası ve jakuzisi olması premium bir deneyim sunuyor.

Check-in saat 4’te oldukça geç. Saat 4:30’da planımız olduğunu söyleyerek erken check-in istedik ancak otele vardığımızda yardımcı olabileceklerini paylaştılar. Saat 2’de otelde idik, yardımcı olmalarını rica ettik yarım saat içinde yardımcı olabileceklerini söylediler. Ancak saat 4’te de odamız hazır değildi ve bizi 2 saat oyaladılar. Tesis çok premium olmasına rağmen aktivite sağlaması konusunda yetersiz kalıyor. Odalarda da alan biraz dar ve kısıtlı.
