We had a great stay in this very comfortable and cozy apartment. It has two bedrooms with large beds and is equipped with everything you might need. It's especially suitable for families with small children, as there are useful amenities for kids and several playgrounds nearby. The apartment was clean, warm, and in a great location, with a bakery and small supermarkets just a short walk away. It was also very quiet—we didn't hear any noise during our stay.
One small improvement would be to provide an additional set of keys. As we were traveling with friends, it was sometimes inconvenient to manage access with only one set.

Зручний, спокійний район. До старого міста 20 хв на трамваї, до центра 35 хв , на машині 15 хв. Біля дома є різні заклади і магазини, було дуже зручно .
Дуже заважало, особливо перші три дні чутність у квартирі. Першу ніч не можливо було поспати. Сусіди гуляли і співали до ранку, це було настільки чутно, наче ми в одній квартирі знаходимося. Також постійний шум та вібрація працюючої вентиляційної системи, чи чогось іншого, це повʼязано з магазином і закладами на першому поверсі. Тому хто любить тишу вночі, до цього треба бути готовим. Також не вистачало кавомашини й тостерниці.
