Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ładne osiedle, parking podziemny w cenie, winda, kuchnia+zmywarka. Możliwość przyjazdu z psem (50zł za dobę).
Mieszkanie już lekko poniszczone, nadające sie do odświeżenia. Jest ekspres, ale byloby super jakby była dostępna kawa.

Direkt am Park zur Weichsel, über die Fußgängerbrücke kann man wunderschön in die Altstadt schlendern, Supermarkt und Cafés, direkt vor Ort, tolles Bad mit Massagedusche.
Teilweise Abnutzungsspuren an Stühlen, Rost am Balkontisch, kein Rolladen im Schlafzimmer, nur lichtdurchlässiger Vorhang.
