Lage
Hatten grosse Schwierigkeiten in die Unterkunft zu kommen. Man hatte „vergessen“ uns die Zugangsdaten zu senden. Telefonische Hilfe Fehlanzeige da das „Band“ nur auf Polnisch war. Warum mussten wir vorab unsere Ankunftszeit mitteilen wenn keiner vor Ort ist bzw. am Telefon? Hätten wir nicht jemanden gekannt der Polnisch spricht hätten wir die Nacht im Freien oder mit einer Zusatzbuchung in einem anderen Hotel verbringen müssen. Eine Rückerstattung (10-20%) für diese grosse Unannehmlichkeiten - Fehlanzeige. Man hatte ja „nur“ was vergessen.
