Home in Calgary

I brought my 2 younger kids with me for my stay here, it was great, the beds were very comfortable for us. I love that they have laundry facilities! The tv was nice as well, they watched on our slower nights. It was nice and quiet, besides a bit of rare kid noise upstairs, which we don’t mind for obvious reasons. They provided lots of dishes if you need to make a meal on top of the stove or even a smoothie. Would definitely stay here again. The price was perfect for everything they offer. Would prefer this to a hotel.

The parking wasn’t great, but I understand that since it’s in a new build area and the sidewalks were still being completed. Also, I saw a previous review that there was no towels and I didn’t find towels there so I’m happy I brought my own.

Safe and comfortable

I wanted to share some feedback from our stay. Overall the place was nice and good for a family with two toddlers. However, we had a few concerns: Cleanliness: The bedsheets and pillows had stains and leftover hair from previous guests so i end up washing it since washing machine is available. The couch and pillows were also dusty and smelled like cigarettes. Because of this, we had to re-clean everything ourselves before the kids could use them. Communication: When we called for help with directions, the person on the phone was rude. The address on the booking was different from what was given over the google map phone, and even with the postal code it directed us to a different "76 Carringvue Place Northwest, T3P 2M1 Calgary, Canada “location. We explained we were traveling 14 hours and were not familiar with the area, but the response was, "I don’t know why it’s hard for you to find the place. You’re the only customer having problems with the location." We would have appreciated more patience and understanding. Information: We were told all instructions were sent by email/booking app, but not everything was provided. The internet connection in the area was also very poor we couldn’t even used and connect the tv to adde home. My only request for next time is for the staff to be more understanding and friendly with guests, especially families traveling far. Thank you.
