Clean room and bathroom. Prompt replies by the management/owner when a problem arises. You get to use their kitchen with almost full access to all your needs for cooking. Just clean up after yourself. I didn't use it but I presume you may also use their living room/dining room areas which is a plus that they don't advertise about the room.
The bathroom is not in the bedroom. It was advertised in the listing as a 'private bathroom.' I assumed that it would entail having the washroom within the bedroom space itself, but it wasn't. However, I believed no one else but I used that particular bathroom while I was staying there as none of my belongings was moved after each use. So I guess 'private bathroom' is still met on a technicality.

L'accueuil et la disponibilité de la dame. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle.
L'entrée est en arrière mais nous arrivons face à la porte de garage.
