Da organização, tanto dos quartos, banheiro e principalmente cozinha. A localização também è ótima. Perto de mercados, ônibus, parques. Ficamos hospedados na primeira fase da copa do mundo e agora vamos ficar de novo!

Todo genial. Mucha intimidad e independencia. Los baños y las duchas geniales. Muy limpio todo. Los colchones espectaculares de cómodos después de todo el día caminando. Las conexiones a Nueva York excelentes tanto con el bus como el path que pasaban cada pocos minutos. Merece la pena hospedarse fuera del ruido y acercarse a Nueva York y mucho mejor de precio.

No hubo nada que no me gustase.

3stars for this give-me-mixed-feelings room. I didn't have high expectations to begin with, since I couldn't find much information on booking or on its official website. Thus, my bare-minimum hope was that it at least wouldn't be a scam. Based on that, I was actually quite satisfied with my stay. 1 star for the location, only a few steps from the 125bus stop, making that whole nyc to new jersey commute convenient for a desperate want-to-go-bed traveller. 1 star for the cleanness. Nothing to complain about even the shared bathroom and toilet. All clean and no strange smells. The shower temperature is perfect, 1 stars for the neighborhood, though not bustling, very quiet and safe. Nothing suspicious.

BUT there are indeed something you should notice if you wanna book this room. -1 star for windowless room. Although the photos show that every room is equipped with a window, it is only partly true.If you book the 2 bedroom like us, the window actually faces inward, opening into a narrow, cramped building interior where you can even glimpse the opposite rooms dimly visible. This means you can hardly draw the curtains open, let alone open the window. Besides, the room is not very spacious. -1 star for the thin wall. We have nice neighbors who though had a phone call at 7am in the public dining room, remained quiet after our negotiation. But you just can’t always ask other people remain quiet during the day, especially if you went home late and want to have a lazy morning. There is another small accident I think I need to mention. About 11PM someone knocked at the apartment door and they turned out to be other guests who didn’t get any check-in message and couldn’t get in touch with the host. We checked their booking order and some other information, then gave them the host’s phone number which was the only way you could contact. Just couldn’t imagine what if nobody was there to open the door for them.
