This is located exact next to Times Square Bus Stop; you have plenty of Indian and Mexican Grocery Stores and restaurant at walkable distance.
no AC in one room, AC in living room does not work, apartment is on third floor, difficult for old people

Very bright apartment, exceptionally spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Great location, with a bus stop right outside the apartment that will take you to Manhattan Mid Town in less than 30 mins. Excellent value for money.
Wifi doesn't work, not even in the same room as the box. The hallway and staircase (shared with other apartments) is smelly and not clean, which gives a negative first impression even though the apartment itself is really great. Very small bathroom and only 1 toilet.

Very Clean well organized Aprtment the host was very helpful and responsive on all requests
Just the internet could be better but our host did their best to try and improve it while we were there
