BP STAYS - Hotel-Style, No Host, Professionally Managed ID297

I like the location because it’s in Jersey City Heights, a quiet neighborhood with a welcoming community atmosphere.

I chose this location specifically because it is in Jersey City Heights, a quiet neighborhood where I felt comfortable staying and working nearby. The location itself was one of the main reasons I booked this accommodation. Unfortunately, from the very first day, I reported experiencing bites, and throughout my ten-day stay, the problem continued. Although the space looked nice, it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The sheets were changed, and a company was brought in to inspect the room, but despite being told that nothing was found, I continued experiencing the same issue. I was offered alternative accommodations, but the options did not make sense for my situation. Some were in areas where I did not feel safe, while another was in New York City. I specifically chose Jersey City Heights for a reason, and relocating to a completely different area was not an acceptable solution. What disappointed me most was the lack of genuine concern and understanding throughout the process. I shared pictures and provided sufficient evidence of what I was experiencing, yet I never felt that my concerns were taken seriously. After several conversations through chat, the responses felt automated and impersonal, as if I were speaking to ChatGPT rather than a person who genuinely cared about a customer’s well-being. I spent nights uncomfortable, dealing with bites and losing sleep, yet no compensation was offered for the nights affected or for the overall experience. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but what matters is how a company responds when a guest raises a legitimate concern. In this case, I felt unheard, unsupported, and deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend BP Stays based on this experience. A pleasant location and attractive space are not enough when cleanliness, comfort, communication, and customer care fall short of expectations.
