A beautiful boathouse in an excellent location
Beautiful house and nicely decorated Great location - nearest pub is about 20 min walk through the countryside Stunning views of the lake from the house Great communication from the host Well equipped The house was very clean Could possibly do with somewhere to hang clothes in the bedrooms We want to come back in the summer !

Very nice stay and we would come again
The house overall was nice. Emma responded to all of my questions upon arriving. She left the heating on so when we arrived we were warm. Very calm and relaxing direct view of the lake as promised. All of the rooms were lovely. One room had a balcony and another room had a fantastic view from the bed.
Fortunately Emma gave us clear directions because it was a little hard to find. A sign closer to the beginning of the road would be nice. There was leftover food in the freezer when we arrived. Empty travel size shaving kits and almost finished used up lotion kits on the shower stand. Newly stocked travel size shampoo/conditioner, body wash would be nice. A slight humidity smell in the room with the bathtub.

The rural location right on the edge of a lake was fantastic.
The bed in the second bedroom was more of a bed settee and was very low to the floor.
