A beautiful apartment in the heart of Lichfield

The apartment is vast. Very well furnished and comfortable throughout. Sam met us on arrival to hand over the keys and responded quickly to any questions we had.

The noise (music?? bass) from the Winehouse beneath us detracted from what would have been a perfect stay. This went on throughout their opening hours which was until 10pm weekdays and midnight at weekends. This is the only reason we would not book this apartment again. I am surprised this has not been mentioned by other reviewers.

A beautiful apartment for a special weekend.

This apartment was very spacious, and decorated beautifully throughout. It was the perfect place to stay the night before and after our small wedding at Lichfield Registration Office. The location was amazing and it had everything needed to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

Only one small minor issue was that we couldn’t find any cutlery for ages but did eventually find some hidden in the dishwasher.

A real gem in beautiful Lichfield we’d love to return to!

This was a beautiful rental centrally located and with lots of thoughtful touches. Check in was very easy and Debbie was lovely. We were allowed to drop off bags ahead of time, which was a huge convenience. Comfortable beds and spaces. We didn’t want to leave!

A small issue but I’d have loved some toiletries other than the Lynx. We were traveling from abroad with little by way of our own toiletries. A little thought put into this would make the place absolutely perfect.

Sumptuous accommodation in the heart of the city with glorious cathedral bells in the background.

Location was perfect - windows on the street so we could watch the Lichfield world go about its business. A treat for us as we live in a very rural area. This meant, of course, a lot of street noise--which didn't bother us--but if you want silence, especially at night, this might not suit you. Loads of airy space attractively decorated, high ceilings, luxurious and extremely comfortable furniture. The hosts have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make the space comfortable and attractive, and can rightly take pride in their offering.

Could have used a table or similar in the smaller bedroom -- a place to put 'things'. But such a minor point it's hardly worth mentioning, and certainly took nothing away from our experience.

It is above a restaurant, which I thought would be fine. However, it was being refurbished and they were working, loudly, until after 10:30pm. I think they then decided to have a party because the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep until very late. So disappointed.

Superb apartment for a city break in Lichfield highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property in the centre of Lichfield. It was perfect for us. So many restaurants and coffee shops literally on the doorstep. It was also ideally placed only 3 miles from the wedding venue we were attending. The property is SO spacious 4 of us had plenty of space to get ready for a special day. It was perfect having 2 bathrooms. It’s a really beautifully laid out apartment the decor is amazing

Not really anything to say negative. Would just say it’s not good if you can’t manage stairs but this is a grade 2 listed building and the features reflect that fact.

The apartment was really spacious, clean, well equipped, beds were extremely comfy, location was very central and the added bonus of a parking space. The price was as pictures. Sam the host met us and was available should we have had any queries

Lovely Lichfield

Great location - very central and an easy walk to the Cathedral and other lovely spots. Good facilities - my friend and I hadn't seen each other in ages so we used the kitchen which was well equipped. Great history about the place.

It is central however it's noisy at night we found as it's got that great location. So we heard people up to 3am that night. We couldn't find the instruction folder online or in the flat so it would be good to have that as there's some good kit in the apartment. Some milk in the fridge on arrival would be lovely too after a long drive.

It really was the perfect venue for us to stay in.

The property was amazing, as soon as we walked in the first thing we all said was “I could live here”. The location is right next to the high street which worked out perfect for me on NYE as I was gigging at The Kings Head Pub which is next door to the apartment. Both rooms are spacious, modern and the beds were soo comfy. Bathrooms were also beautiful and water pressure with the showers were spot on. It felt like we found a hidden gem and it did not disappoint. The food basket on arrival was a nice touch and the host Sam was very accommodating and easy going to speak with. We will be back again.
