The door in the room wasn’t able to close due to the bed being in the way

Central and within walking distance to everything within the city - staff were happy to accommodate our hour early arrival. Great views!

No access to the small balcony, small main bedroom, no top sheet on bed, just a few things that need attention, only one access key

Great value, perfect location & very comfortable.

There were no pool towels to use. No face washers, tissues or milk for the tea & coffee which was provided in the room. Was not advised you have to go to the EZY Mart to collect a key as there is no reception to go to. A mobile phone number was provided & they did answer promptly & was very helpful.

Overall, the apartment was really good value. I'm not a fan of high rise buildings and it is on the 48th floor offering a magnificent view of the Yarra and South Bank. The apartment was clean, comfortable for a single or couple staying. It's a little worn through use, but not in bad condition, although the balcony door was taped shut (presumably to remove any wind noise). The gym in the building was above expectations with two separate rooms and a reasonable amount of cardio equipment.

I arrived early and as it is not a hotel, you are entirely reliant on the host getting in touch with you for key pick up and instructions. Given the location and it not being a hotel, there is not a convenient "waiting area" if you do arrive early, although there are coffee shops nearby. Fortunately the host was fairly prompt given it was a Sunday, and they did provide me access to the apartment considerably earlier than normal check in time.
