Breakfast was excellent, service was good
There was a delay in getting a response from the contact numbers provided for enquiries. And being asked to go to reception for enquiries at night.

Good clean
When load shedding you should have solar. We lost on Friday night because of load shedding. Also the admin was not there at reception everything the staff is not getting more information how many days and breakfast. It’s was bad service. Admin must stay full day and have some staff for night shift. Geysers is not enough to get hot water to bath.

The fact that the place is beautiful I could take content
Our bathroom didn't have toilet paper in it ... The water was cold ..... The electric went off for an hour or 2 and there were no generators .... And we were not informed about that matter I didn't sleep in the room that I paid for I was given a smaller room that the one I paid for
