A very comfortable setting in a perfect location.

Our booking was in the middle of the heatwave so particularly the attic room was unbearably hot. A suggestion would be to keep a fan in storage just in case it is required for future guests

The cottage was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. It suited our needs for an overnight stay whilst visiting family perfectly. I found the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits very nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. What more do you need?

Just be aware that the stairs are very steep, this was expected and not an issue but if you have mobility issues then bear that in mind. We struggled to fathom the TV, and internet. The router and sky box was switched off at the plug so once found, I managed to get sky news but that was only one of a few channels that worked. This didn't impact our stay as we weren't too bothered about watching TV anyway. The property is lovely and quaint but did have a bit of a fusty smell downstairs initially, however you soon forget about it, and the top floor ceiling above the bed has obviously had some water leaking at some point which just looked a bit off-putting given it was right above where you sleep. However these are really minor things which did not affect our stay and I would recommend and stay again because the overall comfort and location was great for us.

Clean spacious decent facilities. Confortable beds easy to use equipment.

Every room neat & tidy. Very comfy beds & sofa/chairs. Every appliance you would need to live there. No noise from traffic or neighbours. Lovely area.
