أعجبني النظافه في المكان ،الاثاث جديد ونظيف ،اغراض المطبخ متكامله

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽يبدو ان بعض الموظفين مهملين جداً،دفعت مبلغ ليله كامله مقابل وصولي قبل وقت الدخول بساعات ،،وعندما خلصت اجراءت الدخول ودفعت المبلغ ،،وعند دخول الشقه لم تفتح با الرقم السري ،،استعنت بموظف الاستقبال ولم تفتح الشقه ،،وعندما أتى موظف ال اي تي وفتح الشقه تفاجئنا بوجود سكان في الشقه 👎🏽👎🏽اعتذر منا موظف الاستقبال واعطونا شقه بديله إلى الساعه 3عصراًو نفس مواصفات الشقه اللتي فيها سكان ولكن الشقه ليس فيها واي فاي لانه تم إلا نتهاء من تأثيثها ،،،،ونظام التنظيف كل يومين وطلبت تنظيف من موظفه الاستقبال بعد يومين وعندما عدت لم يتم التنظيف نهائي ،،ناقشت الموظف وقام با الاعتذار بحجه ان عدد العمال قليل ولم يدركهم الوقت للتنظيف

Прекрасные апартаменты, просторные, светлые чистые. Оборудованы вполне хорошо. Напор воды хороший. Стойка регистрации круглосуточно работает, помочь стараются всегда. Виды из окон классные - если повезёт то на горы. Недалек парочка отличных кофеен, где можно позавтракать, есть рядом хороший бар. Такси приезжают вполне быстро.

Жестковаты подушки. Нет бокалов для вина/игристого.
