отличные апартаменты, все новое, свежее. великолепное расположение, красивый вид. удобнейшая кровать. главное - можно жить с питомцем, за что огромное спасибо

Далее пишу не чтобы оставить негатив, а для улучшений, т.к. явно объект новый, руководству будет полезно знать неприятные недоработки: 1. протекает душевая кабина - реально потоп после обычного душа, как ни закрывай дверцу. это ужасно бесит. 2. очень сложно добиться от персонала понимания - у нас вечером закончилась туалетная бумага, мы попросили принести, сказали завтра, но никто ничего не принес за весь день, пришлось купить самим (!!туалетную бумагу!!). мы жили неделю, очевидно, что бумага закончится, но... 3. вырубился свет в номере, при этом на этаже горел свет и лифт работал - пришлось трижды звонить на ресепшн и просить направить электрика, ресепшн доказывал, что света нет везде)) оказалось, просто предохранитель слетел, электрик отличный при этом, быстро пришел и быстро все сделал 4. забыли пакет с вещами в номере - его с трудом нашли, НО отказались отправить службой доставки за наш счет, типа нет такой услуги. по фату просто забили, мол приезжайте сами за вещами, но мы то явно были не местные, раз останавливались в отеле. в нашем случае нам пофиг на эти вещи, но вопрос - если бы вещи оказались брендовыми и дорогостоящими, нас бы также послали?? 5. в номере нет никакой посуды для готовки, хотя есть плита)) ни сковородки, ни кастрюли - ничего. про средства для посудомойки или просто мытья посуды я уже и не говорю - их нет, но их еще можно купить. а вот кастрюлю же не будешь покупать, поэтому назначение плиты не понятно, видимо кто-то заезжает со своей утварью. 6. нет сушилки для одежды, даже элементарной, хотя есть хорошая стиральная машина 7. под кроватью валялись грязные бумажные салфетки и использованные тапки - мы не сразу заметили, т.к. не было нужды заглядывать под кровать, но потом искали свою кошку и офигели от грязи.
