付近に飲食店やコンビニ、業務スーパーなどがあり、日常の買い物や飲食に便利だった。住宅地で静かな環境。他の部屋の外国人宿泊客もうるさくないしゴミの管理もしっかりされていて清潔だった。

駅からとても遠い。坂道もありスーツケースを転がしながら15～20分、子ども連れで移動するのは大変疲れた。行きは三田線の西巣鴨駅から歩いたが、帰りはJR大塚駅を利用した。その方が距離は若干長いが、道が坂が少なく歩きやすい。

Clean apartment but too small for our family of 5. While there was room to sleep, there is no place to store luggage or clothing. There is no closet or dresser and no clearance from the end of the bed to the wall. So no room to pass if you were standing at the end of the bed. There is a washer but no dryer for clothes. And no place to hang clothes to dry. It would have been fine if we had an extra bed to lay out our clothes but way too cramped for 5. The unit was clean and had everything we needed though.

Too tight for 5 and no storage space for clothes or luggage

Cleanest & location

Tighter than the pictures showed. It was confusing because I saw pictures from the room upstairs that my friends rented thinking it would be spacious like that one. Instead it was really tight .
