About this house rental
This BRAND NEW 2-bedroom house in Smith River is perfect for your escape to relaxation. Sleeps 4-5. BEACH ACCESS just steps away at the end of the cul-de-sac. Less than a mile to the Oregon border. 10-minute drive to Brookings, OR and 25-minutes to Crescent City, CA. Both areas have many breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Endless trails, beaches, redwoods and adventures await!
Primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite primary bath with dual sinks, large shower, 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, with full on bottom and twin on top. Hallway bath offers tub and shower combo and one sink. Beautiful vinyl plank floors throughout provide a comfortable durable surface.
Our lovely property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Ocean views and sunsets from covered front porch, kitchen, living and primary bedroom. Enjoy the cozy living room with a large new 'L' shaped sofa that can be used as a bed, WiFi, beautiful electric fireplace, TV, full kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets for added convenience. New concrete pads on both sides of the house to easily wash off sand from the beach.

Loved the location and the beach access. We could easily get to Brookings or Crescent City for food options. It was the perfect spot for our Oregon coast adventures as well as the Redwoods. The house is close to the main road so our sound machine really came in handy at night. Highly recommend putting one in the master bedroom for those who don’t travel with one. Overall very clean and I would stay again!

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at on the coast. Super comfy and clean home. Close to the ocean and just overall peaceful. We definitely recommend staying here.
