Melissa, was great to work with, and stayed in contact during our stay to make sure everything was good.
The house is located close to the beach and redwoods, it was clean and worked well for our family of two adults and four kids (4-13). My wife loved the decorations. The house was well furnished and equipped with working appliances (including a washer & dryer.) We did not have any pets, but the back yard was fully enclosed. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook, even having cooking oil, salt sugar flour etc. which is great when it's hard to pay $80 for chicken nuggets because that's all your kids will eat when you go out. The TV had Disney+ already logged in which was nice for winding down in the evening. Plenty of towels for all of us, and a locked soap/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the bathroom which we apricated.
There was also a nice gift basket of treats which the kids gobbled up.

Great location. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry area was fully stocked and easy to use. Bathroom is a little small but set up nicely. Overall all very nice. Would stay here again. Redwoods are beautiful!!

We had a wonderful stay, this house is so well decorated and stocked. Also very clean!! It was nice to recieve some goodies when we arrived. My pup enjoyed the yard and the walk to the ocean. We will be back!
