Steps to the ocean!!

Home was very clean and kept up and just felt like you were in a your place with all the different little sayings and pictures and knickknacks. We thought there was a grill outside and ended up having to cook inside with our big old thick pork chops. The only thing was missing was a pair of scissors if we were in the area again we put this on our list to rent.

The house itself is nice. Plenty of space for our 6 kids and 2 adults. It was decorated cute, had a game room area in the garage for the kids, and had many appliances including washer/dryer. One of the windows in the sun room was broken and had a huge ply wood piece covering it, so that made us feel uneasy and made the house look "cheap." It claims to be a beach front property with "steps to the beach." Wrong. You can't even see the ocean from the house. The closest view is down the street at a lookout, but no beach access whatsoever. We booked it because it said beachfront and steps to the beach. Definitely false advertisement in that area.

Clean and spacious for our large family. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Things were easy to find. The walk to the beach was short and easy to find. My family gave it five stars all around.

There was a few repairs that need to be fixed. Garbage disposal not working. Shower not working and seems to be since November based on the reviews. This should be noted in the listing as this was why we chose this house.
