About this house rental
Trevejean gite is part of a beautiful stone Breton Longere property adjacent to the owners home ,sleeping up to 8 people, dating back to the sixteenth century which has been lovingly restored to offer you boutique accommodation offering you an indulgent experience with the warmest of welcomes.
Consisting of four charming En-suite bedrooms with sumptuous comfortable beds , hotel quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and high quality towels , organic toiletries and bathrobes, all rooms are attentively decorated with a mix of French charm and chic boutique style .
Downstairs there is a full kitchen with full hob & oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher , microwave and washing machine, and the kitchenware is plentiful and of good quality.
You'll also find tea, coffee, sugar, oils, spices, herbs, cleaning products, tea towels in the kitchen.
There is a lovely lounge- dining room with a log burner a large dining table, sofas and the all important wine / beer fridge .
On arrival you will find a hand-picked extensive welcome pack for you to enjoy.
All bedlinen and towels are provided
Outside there is a lovely south facing garden , patio with al fresco dining area and BBQ a lovely relaxing space, the garden gets the sun all day long and is a lovely area to eat your breakfast or dinner as the sun goes down.
Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Mur de Bretagne, in the heart of Guerledan only one kilometre from the beautiful Lac de Guerledan and all of the activities it offers and only a few metres from the Velodyssee cycle route offering fantastic cycle tracks in every direction ,set in a picturesque rural location with far reaching views its a perfect base to explore this lovely region of Brittany.
The house has a large flat screen TV along with free WIFI internet access
Brittany is all about getting away from it all, if you are looking to walk across wild landscapes, enjoy nature ,culture , gastronomy (we have an amazing michelin star restaurant in our village the amazing Grand Maison with the most talented chef Christophe le Fur )
Cycle along the fabulous cycle paths of disused railway lines and along the Nantes Brest canal ,visit castles, explore beautiful towns and cities, along with gorgeous beaches then Brittany is for you ,
We are situated just one kilometre from Lac de Guerledan the largest lake in Brittany with some fabulous man made beaches along with a vast array of activities on offer. Cycle and hiking tracks around the 37 kilometer perimeter are excellent with fabulous picnic spots along the way.
We are 45 minutes from the coast where you can enjoy the beautiful coastal towns and beaches of Binic and Saint Brieuc.
On arrival we ask for a security deposit of 300 euro to cover any damage and the need for extra cleaning. which will be returned to you on departure if there has been no damage and the house is relatively clean.
Smoking is not allowed in the house
