About this house rental
Welcome to your home, 9km from Argelès-sur-mer, 14km from Collioure, 17km from Perpignan and 38km from Rosas!
In the calm of the tourist hustle and bustle, the Casita is located in Saint Genis-des-fontaines, a small village in the Albères, in the Pyrénées Orientales.
Independent accommodation, offering two bedrooms upstairs, and on the first floor
-ground, a living room with sofa bed (120x190), an American kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher (the rest is visible in the photos).
Both bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 bed.
The 8x4 swimming pool is shared with the main Casa, all on 3000 m2 of enclosed land in which you can park the car or your motorhome.
A BBQ and an outdoor dining area are at your disposal as well as a bowling alley and mountain bikes.
Linen is provided at an additional cost (10€ per person per stay)
We are also equipped with WIFI, a large screen, an Xbox and a PlayStation for enthusiasts.
La Casita is "adult only" and cannot receive our four-legged friends.
Available all year round 2026- 2027.
From June 15th to September 15th, reservations are made by the week only.
From October to May: 665€ per week
June: 861€ per week
July and August: 1260€ per week
September: 861€ per week
