THE HOUSE AND THE ESTATE:
Charming Catalan property located in Laroque-des-Albères in the peaceful Domaine des Albères consisting of a house and a studio bungalow that can accommodate up to 6/7 people maximum.
The ideal maximum number of adults is 6.
7 people if a child is one of them.
It consists upstairs of a house with living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 160x200 (Plenitude Room) and 140x190 (Turtle Room), a bathroom with shower and toilet. A mezzanine bedroom under the slope (Chamre La Perchée) accessible by a retractable staircase from the 2 Tortue bedroom (with trapdoor that can be closed for more safety) with 2 single beds 90x200, a space that is more suitable for the youngest, children and teenagers but adults can sleep there as well.
Room 1 Plenitude is air-conditioned. No air-conditioning elsewhere.
A front balcony with 180 degree views.
A side terrace with a view.
A back terrace with large table.
A raised wooden terrace with plancha possible.
Outdoor living room.
Ideally, the house part is made to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children or 2 teenagers maximum.
On the first floor, a studio (Mia) for 2 people, accessible by one of the 2 external staircases, totally independent and equipped with a double bed, 160x200, a kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Television. Internet. Wifi. A large terrace with large table and very wide view.
The house and the studio therefore consist of 4 bedrooms, 5 beds. 3 doubles and 2 singles.
7 people maximum is desirable.
But to keep our house in good and beautiful condition, we give priority and priority now to requests not exceeding 6 people.
You have a parking space in front of the garage of the house (garage not available).
There are also 2 parking spaces +or- 5 minutes walk from the house, one located at the entrance of the estate next to the swimming pool and tennis court. The other, large, located a little higher up the house.
You have the possibility to rent either the whole or the house alone or the studio alone (except from mid-June to the end of August, total rental only). Whichever part you choose, you will have the entire property privately and no other rental will be made simultaneously for a possible unrented part.
The incredible 180° view up to 100km of the Roussillon plain is a breath of fresh air from the morning coffee or tea. The panorama stretches from the Pyrenees, from the Pic du Canigou to the Mediterranean Sea. You can admire the Pic de Bugarach, the Albères massif, the Roussillon plain, the Corbières, the typical villages nearby, the superb Roussillon plain as well as sumptuous sunsets.
After recovering from the view (no I'm kidding you never get over it!), you can relax in the communal swimming pool, but private to the estate, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, you also have a view of the pool from the house. If soaking or sunbathing is not your cup of tea, you can always
