Enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned, raised ground-floor unit with Wi-Fi in the quiet and secure “Les Marquises 1” residence. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
The accommodation: A cozy and well-equipped one-bedroom apartment for 4 people
This charming vacation apartment, designed to provide a pleasant stay for 4 people, has everything you need for your comfort. It consists of:
A separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
A cleverly designed sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 cm), ideal for children or friends.
A bright living room opening onto an enclosed loggia furnished as a relaxation area, perfect for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee.
An open, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher) for easy cooking.
A bathroom and a separate toilet.
For optimal comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a television.

Linens: not included. To lighten your luggage, we offer sheet and towel kits for rent. Be sure to reserve them with our team at least 48 hours before your arrival 🧺
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the off-season (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the summer). We need to know your exact arrival time so we can welcome you properly ⏰
Check-out: must be between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. As a property management company managing several properties, our cleaning schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.
Rules: This is a completely smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed 🚭
If the rental takes place during the winter season for a duration of more than 7 days, heating charges will be billed based on the meter reading
Information on the Security Deposit:
During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.
Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.
This hold covers:
€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).
This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
