House from 1927 renovated with care, quiet, isolated and not overlooked, with panoramic views of the countryside. Ideal for family or friends: 4 spacious bedrooms, large equipped kitchen, two dining areas, warm wooden living room with large screen TV, desk, Wi-Fi 6 fiber, external computer screen on request. Baby equipment on request. Perfect for resting, teleworking or exploring the Aveyron!

These buildings are surrounded by more than 13 hectares of naturally cultivated agricultural fields, without biocides (pesticide, insecticide) or chemical fertilisers. Charolais cows can be grazed on these fields.
Beyond these fields, a 32-hectare forest is part of the property.
