About this house rental
In Salmiech: between Lévézou Lakes and Tarn Valley, in the countryside, near Rodez, in the heart of Ségala, this gîte opens its doors to you for stays with family or friends.
You will enjoy the beautiful sunny days to take your meals on the terrace (28 m²)
On the garden side, the enclosed plot (2000 m²) will be a lovely play area for children or for relaxing in the shade of the large trees.
Detached house, in the village, not overlooked, with the owner's apartment in the basement, separate entrances.

On the raised ground floor:
- a living / dining room with table for 12 people, sofa and two armchairs, television and DVD player, open fireplace.
- fitted kitchen: induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, table;
bedroom: 160 bed, bedroom: 140 bed, sitting area (BZ 2 people), bathroom, WC.
South facing terrace (28 m²) with garden furniture, parasol and plancha, direct access from the kitchen and the dining room
Upstairs;
bedroom: 140 bed, bedroom: 3 single beds, bedroom: single bed, shower room with WC.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub.
In the basement: the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Oil central heating (sup. 15 euros / day)
Available: books, board games, games for children. For the outdoors: tractor and its trailer, trucks, scooter, ping-pong table (balls not supplied).
You can park your cars inside the property.
