Inside, you’ll be greeted by moody, stylish baseball décor throughout the first floor. The dining table transforms into pool or ping pong for game nights, and the poker room comes fully stocked with cards, chips, and even an electronic dartboard. Unwind in the living room with a massive 75-inch TV, plush leather couches, and a cozy fireplace. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a gas convection oven, five burners, a dishwasher, and everything you need to whip up gourmet meals.
Upstairs, baseball nostalgia takes center stage. The five themed bedrooms pay tribute to classic baseball films: Major League, A League of Their Own, Field of Dreams, Rookie of the Year, and The Sandlot.
• Second floor: Four king bedrooms, each with a plush memory foam mattress.
• Third floor: Custom-built dugouts with four twin memory foam beds, plus a game area loaded with arcade classics like Street Fighter, NFL Blitz, and Marvel vs. Capcom, along with a large TV.
Both bathrooms feature luxurious custom-tile showers, and central AC keeps the entire home perfectly comfortable year-round.

Cute place for a weekend to watch baseball. Easy check in and quick response from the host. It's an older house so the upstairs definitely got pretty warm during the day, so I would bring a box fan if staying in the summer. Loved the fenced in yard. They are trying to revitalize this area so there are a lot of cute updated houses as well as some that are still in rough shape. I never felt unsafe however I would not walk around at night. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely stay again.

Very well kept, modern, and cozy! The house had plenty of room. We very much enjoyed our stay and Ryan’s hospitality.

We were there for a volleyball tournament at the Huntington convention center. It was an easy 10 minute drive to/from which was nice. The house was charming and had a lot of detail. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The only downfall is the area in which the house was located. A lot of boarded up houses with bars on the windows. We did not feel safe walking anywhere close by.
