Very fun stay!

Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early Thursday. The Vrbo was clean when we got there and as listed in the listing.

Our family of four, with two teenagers, just had the most incredible vacation at this VRBO property, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how spotlessly clean everything was, a true testament to the owner's dedication. Speaking of the owner, his prompt and friendly communication when we booked our stay was fantastic, making everything seamless and stress-free.This house is a teenager's dream and a parent's paradise! The hot tub was a huge hit for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the pool table, shuffleboard table, and arcade game provided endless hours of fun and friendly competition for all of us. There was never a dull moment indoors! The ample outside deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation, offering a lovely space to enjoy the historic surroundings.The location truly can't be beat. Nestled in a great historic neighborhood, we felt perfectly situated to explore. Being so close to Cleveland was a huge plus, and our visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was a highlight for the whole family. And for those sweet cravings, we were thrilled to discover that a fantastic ice cream spot called Mason's was within easy walking distance.We truly had an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next visit. We definitely will recommend this VRBO property to our friends and family – it's the perfect spot for a memorable family vacation!Thank you for a truly memorable first VRBO booking experience!!!

This property is very close to so many attractions and nice restaurants! The owners were very responsive to the questions we had. The house had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there.

The host was very communicative and the stay was peaceful and spacious

My child and I decided to go for a little road trip somehow our destination became Cleveland. Now that might not sound like it exotic destination, or even much fun, but this house made it so much fun and more exciting than we had imagined.First off, this house is located in one of the most charming neighborhoods. I have seen in a very long time. It is close to literally everything. Downtown is just a short highways drive took about five minutes for us to reach our destination of the most impressive grocery stores I have ever been to! We were close to many grocery options, and there are some very hip places for inviting and eating nearby or have delivered to the house.I don’t believe that the cold rain stopped falling until it was time for us to depart. The house is very well appointed with activities to do for a wet vacation. The pool table shuffleboard the puzzles in the games were all very good at keeping us entertained. The kitchen had the basic tools and utensils one would need if they want to cook at the house. The only thing that I found missing or lacking and it’s perhaps because I just didn’t come across it was the sugar for coffee and a creamer would’ve been nice as well. That is literally the one fault that I found. I didn’t notice this though until the last morning, but I feel in my heart that had I let Brian know that I couldn’t find any of those things he would have either told me where it was or made it happen somehow because he was a most responsive host.

We really enjoyed this listing!!! Very clean apartment with tons to do on the property itself between shuffleboard pool and the hottub. Everything was neat and clean with lots of conveniences such as in unit laundry and two and a half bathrooms. The neighborhood is very cute with a lot of great cafes in walking distance such as the judith!!! One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in, no negative comments whatsoever

Settle in a nice little neighborhood close to all in Cleveland. The place was clean and well stocked ..Brian was great to deal with the whole trip. Only flaw was the game room that was decorated in ugly orange. Would have been better in Black and Gold.lol Besides that, If ever headed back to Cleveland will see if this is available.

House was awesome and had everything we needed!

First the good: This house is within close proximity to many of the activities and restaurants we enjoy going to. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the use of the garage since we traveled with our mountain bikes to go to Rays Indoor Mt. Bike park. We also appreciated the host quickly bringing more towels as there weren't even enough for our group to have one towel per person when we first arrived. Could've been better: We found that this house wasn't the cleanest we've stayed in. The floor in the bathroom of the master bedroom had so much hair and the rug was visibly dirty upon walking in. The shower head had no pressure so we luckily found another one in a cabinet to put on for our stay. The kitchen was also not the cleanest (crumbs in drawers and pieces of food left in the fridge) and we found that it was difficult to use the dishes as they were all in cabinets that are much too tall for the average person. We didn't cook alot at the place but there was only one small frying pan and no pancake turner to make even breakfast easier. I'm not sure what the circumstances are with the neighbors but when you drive up to this rental property, there is a sign bolted to the fence on the neighbor's side facing outward that says "you are staying in an illegal short term rental." I didn't worry too much about it but definitely not the most welcoming way to roll up to a rental.

This property is all that is advertised very clean and spacious really enjoyed our stay

Only one issue with our stay was no hot water the first night. The issue was fixed promptly the next day. I think they even got a new hot water heater. Communication with the owner was great! The place was well-cared for, updated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location and the many local eateries to enjoy! We’ll book again

The house was clean, ED to check in and out, and located near many restaurants bars and attractions. The host was great to work with and very responsive. I would definitely choose this property again!

Great house!

Property was very dirty. Dust everywhere. The rugs and floor were filthy. The hot tub was dirty. Furniture was broken. Appeared to have holes in the walls in the kitchen that were covered by tape. The lawn wasn’t mowed when we got there. Neighbors clearly didn’t like the rental property because they had a sign that stated that we were staying in an illegal short term rental. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I would not stay in this property or recommend anyone to. For the price you pay to stay, it was not worth it.

We were in Cleveland for a conference. The location was just a few minutes to the downtown venue. Very homey feel and comfy beds. If you are a light sleeper, you may hear some street noise from cars going by. Great amenities although we didn’t really have time to enjoy them.

Great location

The house was perfect to serve as our home base for our week long vacation in Cleveland. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was great with communication and responding to any questions we had. We enjoyed the diverse neighborhood and the closeness to almost anywhere we needed to go!

Stayed with family for a trip to Cleveland. Great location, game room is awesome, and the house was perfect. Definitely recommend this property.

Everyone in our group loved the space. Furniture was comfy and allowed all of us to gather at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were really nice. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable to parks, coffee and ice cream. Close to museums and restaurants. Would highly recommend, especially as the host was very responsive to questions. Heads up if you have a dog - the back yard is not fully fenced. And if you do much cooking, you might need to ask ahead if there is some appliance you need. Not the most stocked kitchen, though adequate.

COZY, FAMILY ORIENTED HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The location is good. 15-20 from airport. Quick response time from host as well as they checked in to make sure things were good. I really like the fact they had soap and toothpaste already there. Very convenient. I definitely recommend.

The host communicated well. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool table, arcade games, and shuffle board. The only down side is the beds. It says it sleeps 12, however there aren't that many beds. There are plenty of air mattresses if you like those. There are not 2 futons in the living room. It's a big sectional couch , that is comfortable, just not for sleeping. At best 2 people could sleep on the couch. It was hard to find space to put the air mattresses. The pictures are very accurate about arrangements, so just look at those to figure out sleeping arrangements. Also, if you're traveling with girls, there are only mirrors in the bathrooms. You might want to bring a travel mirror if you have multiple people getting ready at the same time. I would stay there again for the great family hangout space.

We enjoyed our visit. The house is well maintained and provides many entertainment options. Instructions were clear and the property was very close to attractions. Only a ten minute drive to downtown and 15 minutes to the Art Museum. Great ice cream shop nearby and having the west side market in the area was terrific. Would stay there again.

The host was very helpful during our stay. The host communication was good and quick to respond to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house and the host.

Great location! Could walk to many places or a short drive/Uber ride. Loved the West Side Market and 25th Street area. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, all the games were great, back deck was perfect for hanging out. We had a fantastic weekend! Would stay here again.

This house suited our family to a T! We really enjoyed our time here, especially game room and spacious living room. Location was ideal for restaurants and attractions. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of towels. I liked the Cleveland photos as artwork. There was a small glitch with check-in but VRBO and owners were both prompt and helpful, and it was resolved immediately. Thank you for a memorable weekend together.

Very Clean home with fun “extras” throughout! Used the garage for security and the hot tub a few times. Cover was a bit awkward to maneuver but we managed. Beds super comfy and plenty of access to everything CLEVELAND!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! I have a checklist of things that I want in a rental and this one had them all! This home has been completely renovated and is just beautiful. The big cozy sectional and the big TV made for awesome movie marathons. The home has a half bath on the first floor which was so convenient. The beds were crazy comfy…I slept as well as I do in my own bed! Loved all the “fun stuff” the home had to offer too. I played darts for the very first time, I was terrible, but I had a lot of fun trying! I just loved everything about this house, including the host. Brian was very quick to respond and was just a super nice guy! I was in town to go to Cleveland Clinic and he was so very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I truly appreciated everything he did to help me. The next time I’m in Cleveland, I hope to stay here again!

Came to work from SC as well as see family and friends that I had not seen in over a year. My daughter also turned 21 while we were there so nothing but an awesome time and awesome place to stay!
