We had a great time in Cleveland enjoyed both the zoo and a baseball game. The home is spacious and true to listing. Could use a deep clean and some Tlcc, the gas grill is not in good condition. Nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay though.

Comfortable rehabbed house in a diverse neighborhood of Cleveland. Close to Wade Circle and the museums. Easy access to interstate via Roosevelt Park.A couple of minor suggestions - have a place in showers to place soap, etc., and add a couple of larger heat proof bowls for food prep and serving.

Had a 33rd reunion with some old college friends. The house was great for us! We had plenty of room for the group to sleep and the kitchen was big enough for us to provide food and eat at a large table and catch up on old times. My friends came from out of town and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Thank you again!

After looking for homes for a large group for a family reuinon / Christmas celebration - i came across this home by university circle. Could not ask for a better location or accommodations. Cleanliess , Communciation, and Amenities were top tier. Historic home that is newly renovated, giving the cleveland experience with brand new appliances, furniture and finishes. Could not ask for a better home for this gathering. One of the best guest homes i have stayed in

We had an amazing time and this house was perfect! We had granddad and grandma, grown kids (in their 40's) and 3 grandkids in their teens. Every couple and every grandkid had their own room. It was so nice. The house was clean and located near everything we wanted to do. The hosts were excellent! They responded quickly to all the questions we had and made our stay so, so easy! Thank you!!!

I realize that my experience with this house was beyond the control of the homeowner, but it in relation to the location… the house was great for us, clean & spacious, but while we were there there was lots of gunshots at night as hood is just a few blocks away & 2 people were killed. We tried to check into our next place a night early & we’re willing to double pay for the night in this location & the next if needed. It was booked so we stayed. It wasn’t to the point of relocating to a better area in Cleveland, but we were willing to move onto our next town in our road trip early. Also, the street is the path for the ambulances to get to the hospital, sometimes lights flashing & sometimes sirens on, no matter the hour. There were 8 of us staying in the home, there’s plenty of space & the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. It is basically a 4 story home with one bathroom on each floor. Our boys were on the 3rd floor. My parents, our girls & us were in 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is the communal living area, kitchen & living room. The basement is only partially furnished, with a couch, bathroom & the laundry room. We used it for the bathroom & the laundry. While we were there we enjoyed the farmers market & the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I would suggest a visit to anyone who likes music. If we were coming to Cleveland we would not stay at this home again due to the location. The house itself is great, just too close to a bad area.

A team of 10 60 plus volleyball players, 1 with wife had an excellent stay here. We bbq'd and cooked and slept well. Fresh, ckean place with lots of parking. Oh, before I forget, we took the gold home from the senior PanAm games for volleyball

We had an excellent time at this place. There was plenty of space for our large family that arrived from all over the country. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect for us to be together or to break out into separate spaces. The house was clean and welcoming and we had great communication from the hosts. The house was also very close to downtown and the different attractions we visited. I would definitely recommend this house and would look to stay here again.

Very clean and good set up for lots of people to stay comfortably! One complaint is the outside furniture was very dirty, front porch as well as back yard. Needed to be scrubbed as well as the barbecue was unusable, very dirty and I didn’t want to clean that. Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the kids to throw a ball in the yard.

My family was totally impressed. Some even considered moving back or to Cleveland! The neighborhood was peaceful despite the surrounding location. The house was nicely remodeled inside and out. Housekeeping was great in the living areas. All conveniences were taken care of from dishes, towels, and the wonderful coffee bar to cleaning supplies, products, and trash receptacles. The contact person was nice, responsive, and welcoming. Well worth the price. I look forward to staying with this property group again in the future. My family was totally impressed with Eagle Stays. The housing accommodations and hosts were amazing throughout the entirety of our trip. We truly appreciated their communication and instructions regarding check-in and check-out processes. They were readily available when we had any questions and responded at a moments notice. Very clean with nice, updated appliances in the kitchen. Big screen TVs in living room, basement and all bedrooms. All rooms well sound insulated and quiet. Immediate neighbor hood seems peaceful & nice; we could safely walk in the evening. Negatives: No clothes hooks in the bathroom for hanging robes, no dressers or shelves for unpacking clothes, gas grill very dirty & out of propane and no response from owner after text & email. I would stay here again but would hope these shortcomings would be addressed.

Great house, great host. Loved the interior design. We had a small issue with the windows upon check in. Owner came over immediately and resolved issue. As mentioned in other reviews, the neighborhood is in transition. But the location is super convienent. We had an excellent stay and will definitely book again. Almost forgot to mention the amazing coffee bar! So many choices, and a true luxury.

We stayed here for a wedding in the area & had such a great experience. The house was well-equipped and very spacious. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 kids. The house was very nicely remodeled and decorated so cute - not cluttered at all which was so great! The kitchen was so spacious with lots of storage. The cherry on top was the k-cups for the keurig was included! Plus plenty of paper items, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets. We had a couple questions during our stay and the management team responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property!

New, nicely renovated, convenient access to everything on the East side. We visited family in Shaker Heights which was only 15 minutes away. The neighborhood is on the cusp of gentrification; don't let it turn you off. The location is fantastic and the neighbors are friendly. We loved the fun decorating and the neon "Cleveland" sign as we entered the house. The owner was super communicative and accommodating, and helped us with a special request related to our arrival. Property was impeccably clean and beds were very comfortable. A great renovation of a classic home!
