About this house rental
Perched on a bank under a shady tree overlooking Lake Cowichan, you will enjoy a tranquil romantic getaway location. Sit overlooking views of the lake from your private deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning.. Awaken to Elk roaming around the yard and ducks floating by on the water in the quaint small town of Youbou. Drink the crystal clear tap water, swim in the cleanest lake on the island, float, paddleboard, boat, fish or read a book. This home is on a 1/2 acre lot. You may see the owners coming and going from the main house. Full use of the dock and the beach, shared with the owners only. Please note there is a Frenchton dog named Gypsy who may be roaming the property. After the initial bark and sniff, she will leave you alone. All linens, towels provided. There is a propane fire pit to enjoy some quiet time in the evening.

Ok,but getting to bedroom in loft was to steep and stairs/railing to small as well. Very dangerous for senior couples to navigate up there. As a result we were one up one down. Other than that everything was great as there were many great ammenities.
