The private pool, measuring 4m × 2m with a depth of 1.6m, ideal for cooling off on the hottest days, is surrounded by comfortable loungers and a chill-out area where you can relax and sunbathe.
Upon entering the house, a spacious open living-dining room welcomes you, with a large sofa where you can relax watching television after a day at the beach or on an excursion. The kitchen, with an open style and fully equipped, is connected to the dining room where there is a table for 8 people with whom to share delicious dinners. This space connects to the terrace, which gives the dwelling a bright and very cozy atmosphere.
The housing is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, located next to the pool terrace. There is also an additional full bathroom on this floor, located near the exit to the outside, facilitating use for those who enjoy the pool and terrace.
On the second floor you will find two other bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as access to a small private terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed, being perfect for couples or friends.
