About this villa rental
MAGNIFICENT INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUAL HOUSE on two floors located in the countryside and in the middle of two towns two kilometers away. It has AIR CONDITIONING cold and heat, suitable for the whole year.(air conditioning is optional). Free electricity. Free WIFI. SATELLITE TELEVISION.

It is an old farm about two hundred years old that was dedicated to the cultivation of potatoes and vegetables, has an extension of 18,000 square meters and a house of about 180 square meters.
The house has two floors. On the first floor we can find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite, all of them with exterior views to the north and south.
It also has a double room on the ground floor and a bathroom
On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining table and sofas.
The house has all the comforts of the city Satellite television, dvd, stereo etc.
The kitchen although the old style has been preserved with the original restored fireplace and the old wood stove, also has all the appliances we use in town such as electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle , coffee maker, kettle etc.
The outdoor terrace, the ideal resting place for lunch and dinner, has a large table with eight teak chairs and two wicker sofas surrounded by the garden with olive trees and palm trees typical of the island.
The Roman pool of 8 by 4 meters in front of the house gives a note of color to the garden, an ideal place to relax and refresh and read a book in the comfortable hammocks that surround it. or lying in the big lawn.

Our stay at Sao Pobla was great! The house and the swimming pool are very pleasant.We particularly appreciated the fact that the house is not overlooked and is surrounded by fields.

It was an old finca but still in good shape, everything needed was in place, rooms with air conditioner comfortable and clean. Pool was great, clean and big enough for 9 people at least. Garden and environment were perfect for us, no neighbors, calm and big enough.

It was a little oasis tucked away in the fields around San Poabla. The old style gave the property character and with the surround trees there was always spot to both sunbathe and be in the shade.
It was situated around a 29 drive to places such as Port Pollença which offered great places to eat.
It was the perfect location from which to explore the whole island.

Great hosts, who were super kinds, responsive and accommodating! Clean classical farm house with great pool and nice garden (which could use some cushions for the seats and beds). Suitable for children. Airconditioning in 3 of 4 bedrooms, which is very comfortable on the 1st floor. The bedroom on the ground floor lacks an AC and has limited fresh air and is therefore less comfortable. Kitchen and appliances/utencils are simple but adequate. Location was good, close to towns on the east coast. Overal great stay and we very much enjoyed the typical Mallorcan countryside!
