About this villa rental
Large villa in the north of the island, very well equipped, ideal for relaxing in summer or winter.
The house has two different levels, on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in an open concept with a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, also on the same level you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor, we first arrive at a comfortable living area, from here, there are three other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has been lovingly furnished.
The large garden is well maintained and you also have a good-sized swimming pool with an outdoor shower. In the pool area, there are sun loungers to start enjoying the pool and the charming climate of Mallorca from the first minute. Around the house, you will find lovely terraces to sit and relax, it has a spectacular property to have fun and enjoy pleasant sunny nights with a beautiful barbecue.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Die Finca ist ein Traum und etwas abseits gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 10-15 Minuten in Can Picanfort, was die Lage wieder reizvoll macht. Man ist raus aus dem Trubel, aber schnell wieder drin.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es dementsprechend genug.
Der Pool ist wirklich klasse! Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind dort, was natürlich immer ein wachsames Auge erfordert. Es ist kein Tag vergangen an dem wir nicht ausgiebig im Pool waren, egal ob wir vorher am Strand waren oder nicht.
Diese wirklich schöne Finca haben wir nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht!
Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer (mit dem integrierten Bad) macht einen Höllen Lärm beim hinlegen, was bei einem Kleinkind im Zimmer etwas störend ist. Eventuell kann man hier ein wenig Abhilfe schaffen.
