The holiday home is situated in a completely secluded location at an altitude of 300 meters between Lucca and Pisa and offers a stunning panoramic view of the medieval town of Buti, surrounded by green olive terraces and lush forests.
The proximity to the child-friendly white beaches of Versilia and the exclusive seaside resorts of Viareggio and Tirrenia is particularly attractive. A visit to the Torre del Lago Puccini is highly recommended; a must-see for all opera lovers.
Birdwatchers and nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Migliarino San Rossore Nature Park.

Interior:
This old, two-story farmhouse is the ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a private setting. With 150 m² of space, it offers plenty of space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 powder room.
The ground floor features the kitchen, the dining room with an antique fireplace and direct access to the shaded terrace, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor:
Guests will find plenty of peace and relaxation in the large, well-kept, terraced garden (1000 m²). This is also where you'll find the private swimming pool (10x4 m; 0.30-1.45 m deep) and the sunbathing area with its stunning views of the valley and the surrounding olive-covered hills.
Directly adjacent to the house, in front of the dining room, is a large, shaded panoramic terrace with a pergola covered in Virginia creeper. Here, guests can comfortably sit together and enjoy meals prepared on the grill or in the pizza oven.
Access
The country house is reached via a rural road; it is only partially paved, but accessible by car. Not suitable for low-slung vehicles.
There are two private parking spaces on the property.
You will have complete privacy in the holiday home, the garden, and the pool. No other people live on the property.
The rustic farmhouse is situated in a panoramic location 300 meters above sea level on the hills between Pisa and Lucca, not far from the small medieval village of Buti, with its various shops, restaurants, bars, post office, bank, and pharmacy. It is only 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot.

Opera lovers will enjoy a visit to the Torre del Lago, where you can follow in Puccini's footsteps or visit the museum at Villa Puccini. Numerous opera performances take place in the summer.
