About this villa rental
Spacious country house with private, fenced pool, wonderful covered terrace and big child friendly garden. Aircondition and wifi.
This completely renovated house is located in the countryside, in an area south-east of Lucca at the foot of the hills that separate the provinces of Lucca and Pisa. A central starting point to visit the northern part of Tuscany, including the coast. The area called "Compitese" is still unexplored with small characteristic villages where time seems to have stopped. In the area there are several small nice trattorias where you can enjoy the local food.
The house is surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees since the owner himself is a wine producer and a fruit grower.
In the 1200 m2 large, beautiful garden there is a private, fenced swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.40. Around the pool there are sun beds and parasols. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The house is divided into two floors and consists of:
Entrance along two steps to the living room with fireplace, smart tv, dvd and double sofa bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower. A spacious kitchen with dining area (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, espresso machine, microwave, washing machine). From the kitchen there is access to the garden and to the furnished, covered terrace with barbeque.
On the first floor with sloping ceilings and exposed wooden beams there is a double room with private bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, another double bedroom with direct access onto a large terrace which overlooks the wine and fruit farms. The decor is rustic with a homely Tuscan country style.
Aircondition on the first floor. Internet wifi, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, table tennis, parking within the property.
